If this does not happen, you can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the day you received your order.

You will be refunded the total value of the goods purchased (excluding shipping costs) and the return costs will be at your expense pursuant to art. 57 of the Consumer Code.

You can send your return to the address: “Effeduemme s.r.l.” via Parini 64, 73100 Lecce, using any shipping method of your choice, as long as it is traceable.

Until receipt is confirmed, the return shipment is under your complete responsibility.

The right of withdrawal will however be subject to the following conditions:

• The items must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, with all labels and tags applied.
• Returns that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted. The product, therefore, must not have been used, washed or damaged.
• If for any reason the products to be returned or those for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal arrive at our warehouse damaged due to the transport company appointed by you, the right of withdrawal will lapse.
• We will only refund the amount of the price of the product purchased, without undue delay and after verification, within 10 days from the date on which the package is returned to our warehouse.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

If you make the purchase from Monday to Friday, by 1pm, the order is usually prepared the same day and delivered to the courier by the evening.

If, however, you proceed with the purchase after 1.00 pm the order will be shipped the following working day, barring unforeseen circumstances (e.g. failure to supply from our carriers) and in the case of orders paid by bank transfer: in this case the shipping will start once the payment has been credited.

Final delivery is usually expected within 72 hours of receiving the order.

For orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday, the order will be prepared the following Monday.
